    CCGDB.com is now fully updated with all card information and card imagery from the inaugural VS. System 2PCG set. We continue to work on a deck builder as well as the [deck] BBCode for Vs. System 2PCG for the forums; so stay tuned for more frequent updates as we make CCGRealms/VSRealms fully compatible with Vs. System 2PCG. Thanks!

    • Players can now enter 8-person single-elimination tournaments via the tournament lobby. You can access this lobby via the “Play Now” button.
    • 15-card Reserves for your tournament decks can be added in Card Manager

    General
    • Card Manager now has a “buffer wheel” icon when you save, load, or delete a deck
    • The chain tray now disappears from the screen when not in use
    • Buttons throughout the UI have a new look. These are still a work in progress
    • The Landing Page has been given a new look
    • The “Play AI” button has moved to the Proving Grounds
    • Games in progress are now shown in the Proving Grounds
    • Global Navigation has been overhauled with a new look

    Errantsquire Wins Players' League α1!

    The inaugural HEX Alpha Players' League started off with 20 willing participants facing off in a single elimination tournament over the course of the Thanksgiving holiday week! When the dust cleared Errantsquire emerged victorious, besting Erep 2-1. Since the tournament was just for funsies, everyone who completed a game (win or loss) was given a virtual raffle ticket for a chance to win 3 Booster Packs and GAX - The Sly Roller (GenCon Exclusive) ... and the raffle winners is:

    Players' League α1 (Alpha I)

    In the spirit of all things alpha, HEXRealms.com is going to start testing a community driven Players' League to best determine how to create a fun series for when HEX goes beta and beyond.

    That being said; I'm happy to announce our very first HEXRealms.com Players' League! This is just for funsies and glory (no prizes); but every participant will be entered into a raffle for free booster packs at the end of the Tournament!

    This is going to be a play at your own pace tournament; but understand that you're going to hold people up if you don't get your games done quickly.

    Rules
    • Must be a member of HEXRealms.com (for coordination)
    • Signups close midnight (ET) on 11/23/2013 (Saturday)
    • Games start 11/24/2013 (Sunday)
    • Top invites Bottom (in the the bracket)
    • Players must agree that this is a "League Match" before starting
    • Winner reports results (either through platform; or through Tournament thread)


    Be sure to tell your friends; the cap is 64 players; and we want to get this kicked off strong!

    Contest Submission Portal!

    In preparation for all the Live Stream/Video/Podcast promotions we are planning to do; we've had to create tools to to help manage things. The Contest Submission Portal is the first tool geared towards rewarding viewers and participants of our HEXRealms Sponsored Live Streams, Videos, and Podcasts!

    The idea is pretty simple; during a live event, the viewers will be presented with a code, which they will then input into the Contest Submission Portal. Each code is uniquely tied to an event; and acts as a raffle ticket for periodic drawings (which can be for the event, week, month, or year). The bonus is that if you entered the event code during the event itself; your code submission will be flagged with a 3x Multipler, which means that it will act as 3 raffle tickets during the drawing!

    Give it a try; the first code is: REALM. Enjoy!

    PATCH NOTES
    • Triggered abilities no longer use the chain. We would love to have your feedback on this change!
    • Added tooltips when you hover over keywords on cards while in a match.
    • Added a button to the concede screen to tell us when you believe a game cannot continue. Please only use this when you think the game is broken.
    • Replaced deck building drop down list with icons in Card Manager.
    • Command Tower and Air Superiority now work properly again.
    • Keep name creation is now properly disallowing spaces.

    NEW KNOWN ISSUE
    • Crush is not assigning its crush damage.
